Two facade layers: glass windows and enclosed balconies with shutters.
Shutters will provide privacy and a distinct visual appeal reminiscent of Japanese architecture.
Balconies will act as semi-private spaces resembling interior gardens with effects of penumbra and shadows.
Heaters will be installed in the balconies to allow use during cooler weather and support plant growth.
Interior Design
Ground floor units (T2 with office space) will have private gardens.
The garden will include a swimming pool.
The penthouse (T3) will feature a jacuzzi in the master bedroom, a terrace with a water mirror, and a fire pit.
First and second floors will consist of high-end T2 units facing the front, with enclosed balcony designs even in bedrooms.
